Aims & objectives
PHRWS is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act 1860, vide registration no. UK06069122022010184 and works for the welfare of the residents of Panache Heights. The primary objectives of the Society are:
To keep the society compound clean, green, repairing work and maintenance of electricity, building in the society area etc
To arrange to provide its members all necessary common amenities and facilities as may be found practicable
To arrange for the maintenance of the estate of Society including roads, and parks, etc
To maintain all the common ares or facilities or equipment or manchinery such as water bore well, underground and overhead water tanks, sewerage or water drainage system, electricity, transformer/distribution panels, close circuit television system, intercom system, elevators, water pumping systems, fire fighting systems, internal vehicular pathways, parking areas, landscaped gardens, parks or recreational areas, club house, terraces, staircases, common area electrification, guard room facilities etc.
